On May 6, the USC Marshall School of Business honored faculty and staff who have exemplified leadership, community, and excellence in and out of the classroom. From research to mentorship, these award recipients showed dedication to Trojan values, furthering the mission of the business school and the university at large.

Notably, several faculty members were also honored at the USC Academic Honors Convocation. Marion Philadelphia, professor of clinical business communication, received the Provost’s Mentoring Award for her commitment to students and fellow faculty; Smrity Randhawa, professor of clinical accounting, earned the USC Associates Award for her excellence in the classroom; Michael Paranal, assistant professor of clinical accounting, and Kristin Diehl, professor of marketing, received the University Mentoring Award for their work with undergraduates and graduates, respectively.
