    Staff Council

    Elected by peers, the Marshall Staff Council is the collective voice of all Marshall staff - working alongside leadership, faculty, and the broader Marshall community to advocate for and actively shape the experiences, well-being, and culture that define what it means to work at Marshall. Our purpose is to foster community engagement, cultivate psychological safety, strengthen communication, and build a strong culture across the Marshall community.

    Dr. Jennifer Sparks Taylor serves as the Director of Corporate Relations & Executive Education at the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) within the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. In her role, Jennifer co-leads the Center, collaborating closely with CEO’s sponsors, clients, and research scientists to develop impactful solutions and programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

    Naomi is the Facilities Coordinator for the Marshall Facilities Office in the USC Marshall School of Business. Naomi is committed to working with the Marshall Facilities Team to help ensure the spaces at Marshall are functional, safe and clean for the Marshall community. Naomi has previously served terms on the USC Staff Assembly and is currently a walk leader for WalkUSC. In her spare time enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, running, hiking as well as traveling and reading.
