Staff Council Members
Grace manages the Marshall Technology Support team which is made up of classroom and computer technicians. Grace joined Marshall in August 2000 and started her tenure working in the MOR department and moved over to the IT group in 2006. Besides her job responsibilities, she is a member of the Marshall Operational Cabinet and Staff Council.
Gohar Palanjian is the Senior Associate Directorof Graduate Alumni Initiatives in the Office of the Senior Vice Dean forAcademic Programs in the USC Marshall School of Business.
Lanore Larson is Educational Program Designer at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Lanore works with Marshall graduate and undergraduate faculty in every department and program in curriculum design and instructional professional development.

April Tam is the Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations for the USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Leventhal School of Accounting. In this role she oversees the administration of nearly 350 donor-funded scholarships that are awarded each year to thousands of students to help retain and recruit the brightest and best students to USC. April’s decade-long service to the Trojan family includes other roles such as corporate relations, annual fund and reunions. As a first-generation college student, April is a strong believer in the power of education. Her goal is to help donors make an impact through the power of philanthropy and level the playing field for access to education for all. April earned her bachelor's from Ithaca College, her Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at USC and her Executive Masters of Leadership from the Price School of Public Policy at USC. Outside of work, her passions include hot yoga, escape rooms and spending time with her family and two corgis.
