Nik Lewis

Dr. Nik Lewis specializes in emotional intelligence, organizational behavior, and effective leadership. Her research focuses on the role of emotional intelligence skills in helping leaders build successful teams and motivate their employees. Her work draws on several years of experience managing cross-functional research and development teams in the public sector. She has taught organizational behavior, business ethics, strategic management, and leadership courses. Her doctoral degree is in the field of Organizational Behavior and was earned through Grenoble School of Management located in Southern France. Prior to joining Marshall, she served as the Director of the Business Program at California State University Channel Islands and taught in the MBA Program at California State University Northridge. While a native of Southern California, she has collaborated with stakeholders across various countries in her practitioner and academic roles.
