MARSHALL MONTHLY BRINGS YOU ESSENTIAL NEWS AND EVENTS FROM FACULTY, STUDENTS, AND ALUMNI.

With the academic year finished, the USC Marshall School of Business community is looking back and honoring faculty and staff who exemplified the values of leadership, teamwork, research, DEI, and positive impact. These winners’ commitment of excellence brought pride to the Marshall family.

The most distinguished honor of the day was the Dean’s Community Award, which Dean Geoff Garrett presented to Kimon Drakopoulos, Associate Professor of Data Sciences and Operations, for his unmatched commitment to the new AI for Business degree and the program’s first cohort of students.

“The Dean’s Community Award is one of our most prestigious,” Dean Garrett said. “It recognizes faculty who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the Marshall School through exemplary dedication and performance while also embodying the USC Unifying Values.”

Each recipient was honored at the Faculty and Staff Awards ceremony on May 21. We congratulate the following extraordinary members of the Marshall community:
