Wendy Williams-Clark

Wendy Williams-Clark is the Assistant Dean and Director of Human Resources at USC Marshall School of Business. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean overseeing all Human Resources support and services at Marshall. She holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and is a member of several professional organizations.

As the Assistant Dean and Director of HR, Wendy partners with senior leadership and the community to implement strategy related to workforce planning, cultivating the employee experience within Marshall, Employee Wellbeing initiatives, performance management optimization, training and professional development, talent management and enhancing an organizational culture of excellence. Marshall Human Resources is focused on strengthening Marshall's adoption of the USC Unifying Values and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
