Adam Kleinert (Chair)
Adam is an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Los Angeles, California. He focuses on manufacturing and technology clients ranging from venture-backed emerging growth companies to large multi-national SEC registrants. Adam graduated from USC in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
James is a tax staff at Moss Adams in Los Angeles, California. He started with Moss Adams in October of 2015. He has completed a six month rotation in the audit department as well as worked for a year in the tax department.
James was awarded a Masters of Accounting degree at the University of Southern California in 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kelsey is a Campus Recruiting Manager at Deloitte in Los Angeles, California. In her current role, Kelsey leads a team of Campus Recruiters supporting Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory business across the West Region. She has been with Deloitte for over 8 years, having started her career with the Audit & Assurance practice.
Kelsey graduated from the University of Southern California in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Chris works in KPMG's deal advisory practice, specializing in technical accounting. In this role, Chris helps large private and public clients in the manufacturing and consumer products industries undergo accounting change, such as adopting the new revenue recognition standard or converting to IFRS. While at KPMG, Chris has performed a rotation into the audit practice where he assisted on the audit of a multinational IFRS filer. Before KPMG, Chris served as technical staff at the Financial Accounting Standards Board, where he helped author technical memoranda and research current accounting issues. Chris received his Master of Accounting (2014) from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts with a minor in accounting from the University of California, Irvine. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Managerial Accountant. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and pets as well as volunteering for local not-for-profits.
Jordan is an Audit Senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. in Los Angeles, California. He focuses on technology and entertainment clients ranging from venture-backed emerging growth companies to large multi-national SEC registrants. Jordan graduated from USC in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and in 2014 with a Master of Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
David Flores serves as a Tax Senior Associate for the Financial Services Group in the EY Los Angeles office. David joined EY in September 2016. Prior to joining EY, David specialized in State and Local Tax with PwC in the Houston, TX office. His work is focused on private equity and hedge fund clients within the financial services industry.
Prior to beginning his career in public accounting, David served over four years of active duty with the United States Army as paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. Additionally, David served over 3 years with the California National Guard as a Human Intelligence Collector for a Military Intelligence unit.
David graduated from the University of Southern California in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting where he served as a board member for the USC Veterans Association and continues to serve the USC Veterans Association through professional workshops and recruiting efforts.
Mark Goshgarian is an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in the firm’s corporate department. In this role, Mark advises private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and securities offerings, along various corporate governance matters. Before going back to law school, Mark started his career as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, cum laude, in 2019 where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to that, Mark earned a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
Rachel Harris is an Assurance Senior at EY.
Rachel Harris serves as an Assurance Senior in the EY San Diego area office. Rachel joined EY in September 2015. Her work in private and public company audits is primarily related to the following industries: biotechnology, software technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Rachel graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting focus. Rachel then graduated from the MAcc program at the University of Southern California in 2015.
Bonnie is a tax associate at KPMG in Los Angeles, California. She focuses on Federal tax compliance and tax accounting method changes.
Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Taxation at the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Josh is a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm's M&A Advisory practice; known now as Delivering Deal Value (DDV). He is in his third year of transaction consulting and advises clients on all aspects of M&A deals and private equity transactions with a focus on pre-deal operational, front office, and synergy due diligence; M&A strategy; carve-out planning and separation execution; post-deal integration and synergy realization.
Prior to joining PwC, Josh served over four years of active duty with the United States Marine Corps. While studying at USC, he held the titles of President and Executive Advisor of the USC Veterans Association.
Josh graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and Leventhal School of Accounting, respectively.
Guido is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Pasadena focused on empowering hard-working families across the US from various backgrounds, industries, and wealth to make smart, confident financial decisions easing the attainability of meeting and exceeding their life goals and dreams. Prior to his current role, Guido joined Goldman Sachs in 2014 as a Wealth Planner in the Goldman Sachs Family Office Wealth Advisory Services Group in Los Angeles and then transferred to San Francisco for over three years in the same capacity - working with families ranging from $5 million to $27 billion in holistic wealth transfer, estate, and philanthropic planning. Before Goldman, he worked in the Private Client Services group at Moss Adams, LLP focusing on the income, estate, gift taxation and planning of ultra-high net worth individuals and their closely held entities.
Guido has both a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and currently is the Treasurer for the Real Estate Association of Latinx professionals and sits on the Board of Advisors for the Women's Economic Forum, Silicon Valley chapter. Guido was a Trumpet squad leader in the USC Trojan Marching Band performing on Glee, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, and Coachella mainstage as well as in the Los Angeles Lakers' Band during their World Championship 2010 season thru 2013.
Danny is currently a tax manager at KPMG in Charlotte, North Carolina after starting his career in KPMG’s Los Angeles office. He focuses on Federal tax compliance tax, accounting for income taxes, and tax accounting methods and credits.
Danny graduated from USC in 2014 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and North Carolina.
Sarah is an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in San Diego, California. She has served a multitude of clients ranging from small, non-public entities to large SEC filers, including clients in the real estate, technology, and biotech industries.
Sarah’s areas of focus include technical accounting matters such as leasing, business combinations, fair value, data analytics, and Section 404 compliance.
She graduated from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree as well as a Master of Accounting degree. Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Darline Llamas Llopis
Darline Llopis joined the Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium in July 2021 as Senior Director of Finance. In this capacity, she manages the accounting and strategic finance functions of the Team. In September 2021, she also became the organization’s Head of Retail, through which she manages the team’s merchandise operations. Prior to joining the Dolphins, she spent 4 years as the Controller of the Los Angeles Rams and started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young as a member of the Real Estate practice serving as part of the Orange County, Chicago, and Dallas offices.
A native of Los Angeles, Darline completed her MBA from UCLA Anderson in 2021, her M.Acc. from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2011 and graduated cum laude with a BS in Business from USC in 2010. She is an active CPA. During her time away from the office she is an avid skier, tennis player, and Formula 1 fan. She and her husband, Devin, reside in Miami, FL.
Wooin is a Senior Manager at KPMG Canada Financial Institutions group in the Toronto office. He provides audits and related services to a number of public and private financial institution clients. Wooin is also a member of the firm’s national Department of Professional Practice team which provides consultation and advice to KPMG Canada’s audit and advisory teams on accounting matters under IFRS.
Wooin started his career at KPMG US in the New York office as an Audit Associate before transferring to KPMG Canada.
Wooin is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned his Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California in 2014. Prior to attending USC’s Master of Accounting program, Wooin earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Sogang University in South Korea in 2013.
Charles is a tax senior at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, California. Charles works primarily within the Media & Entertainment space for EY, focusing on federal and state tax return compliance, income tax provision preparation and audit, and accounting methods analysis. Charles also serves as a tax recruiting leader for the EY LA office as a primary on-campus champion for USC.
Charles earned his Master of Business Taxation degree (2014) and Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting & Business Administration (2013) from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mary is an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She started her career in the San Francisco office before relocating to southern California where she has served on clients in the Los Angeles and orange county area.
In San Francisco, she focused on retail and consumer SEC registrants. After graduating from USC in 2014 with a Master of Accounting, she returned to Pricewaterhouse where she now focuses on SEC clients in the Insurance and Technology industry in the orange county area.
Mary is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2009.
Megan is an Audit Senior at Deloitte in Los Angeles, California. Thus far in her career, she has primarily served on the BlackRock audit engagement team, amongst a variety of other smaller private equity clients. Her areas of focus on her engagement team include SOX compliance and investment valuation testing.
She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She then proceeded to earn her Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting in 2019. Megan is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Eileen H. Rowley is a Financial Advisor with North Point Partners. Prior to co-founding North Point Partners, she was a Wealth Planning Associate at UBS working closely with top financial advisors in Northern California to deliver sophisticated wealth planning strategies. Eileen has broad experience across investment management and research, single stock concentration issues, wealth planning and tax optimization.
Eileen is a Certified Financial Planner™, Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM and maintains her Series 7, Series 66, and California Life, Accident and Health licenses. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
Prior to joining UBS, Eileen worked at The Capital Group and Cooley LLP. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters in Accounting, and holds a Bachelors in Economics.
Eileen grew up in Danville, California and currently resides in San Francisco.
Joe is the CFO at Willow Park Management & Development in Los Angeles, California. He focuses on Real Estate Investment, Management, and Development throughout the Los Angeles area.
Prior to beginning his career in Real Estate, Joe worked in Federal Tax at KPMG in Los Angeles, California.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation at the University of Southern California. He is a California Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
Jared manages technical accounting and financial reporting at Space Exploration Technologies Corp. in Hawthorne, California.
Jared earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of California, Irvine. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
When he’s not accounting for rapidly reusable rockets, you can find Jared on the disc golf course or baking bread.
Lily is a manager with EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. She has more than 8 years of accounting advisory and audit experience serving multinational clients, specializing in technical accounting and SEC financial reporting matters associated with transformational capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, SPAC’s, IPO’s, carveouts, equity and debt offerings. Lily has previously spent time in EY’s Frankfurt, Germany and Shanghai, China offices through short-term rotational programs aimed to support EY’s ability to deliver exceptional client service on a global basis and was a previous researcher for EY’s US Professional Practice. Outside of work, Lily serves as a member of USC Leventhal School of Accounting Recent Alumni Board of Advisors, a mentor for USC Career Advantage Program, and a committee lead for Ascend LA Metro Chapter. Lily graduated USC in 2014 with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting, along with a minor in Performing Arts Studies.
