He also drives community strategy to serve the needs of Loot Crate’s millions of worldwide fans as they interact daily with the brand. Prior to Loot Crate, Matt ran a digital strategy consulting agency - leading teams and launching campaigns for AT&T, Hasbro, EA, and the Walt Disney Company among others.

In addition to his responsibilities as CISO, Bret serves as Chairman of Microsoft’s Information Risk Management Council, and as an outside cyber-risk advisor to executives and boards at numerous Fortune 100 companies. He is also a founding member of Security 50 and the Executive Security Action Forum (ESAF).

Robyn Bew is NACD’s Director of Strategic Content Development.  She focuses on driving innovation in NACD’s thought leadership, including Blue Ribbon Commission reports and other research workstreams. She leads NACD’s Advisory Councils and other multi-stakeholder dialogues on governance topics, and also contributes to NACD educational programming, including serving on the faculty for NACD director education courses. Before joining NACD, Bew was a principal at Tapestry Networks, where she worked with large-cap public company board members. Earlier in her career, Robyn was a senior director at the Corporate Executive Board and a management consultant at Monitor Group.

 Anna Catalano is a board member of Willis Towers Watson, Kraton Corporation, HollyFrontier Corporation, Alzheimer’s Association, Houston Grand Opera and NACD, Texas TriCities chapter.  She is also a NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a founder of The World Innovation Network of Chicago. Catalano’s executive career spanned over three decades and three continents.  As President of Amoco Orient Oil Company, she established the company’s downstream presence in China.  As Group Vice President, Marketing for BP, she was instrumental in repositioning the BP brand.  Catalano is a graduate of the University of Illinois and was recognized on Fortune’s ranking of “The Most Powerful Women in International Business”.

She currently serves on the boards of Cognizant Technology Solutions, Ally Financial and Cubic Corporation. Breakiron-Evans previously served on the boards of Heartland Payment Systems, FHLB-Pittsburgh, and ING Direct. After serving as an Audit Partner with Arthur Andersen, she held several senior executive positions in finance and technology at Transamerica Corporation, Visa, Cigna, and Towers Perrin, including Chief Financial Officer.

Now, as Chief Executive Officer and President, a role she assumed in late 2016, Duchene is focused on leading RGP through successful transformation and bringing the company back to meaningful growth. Prior to joining RGP, Duchene practiced law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP focusing on litigation, specializing in defense-side labor and employment matters. Duchene has been awarded the OC Business Journal 2017 Outstanding Women in Business and the 2010 Outstanding General Counsel of a Public Company with Revenue over $200 Million.

Jared Franz is an economist at Capital Group, responsible for covering the United States and Latin America. He has 10 years of investment industry experience and joined Capital Group in 2015. Prior to joining Capital, Franz was head of international macroeconomic research at Hartford Investment Management Company. Before that, he was an international and U.S. economist at T. Rowe Price. He holds a Ph.D in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Northwestern University. He is also a member of the Forecasters Club of New York and the National Association of Business Economics.

She is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and sits on the Compensation Committee. Active in many civic groups, Ms. Nahas recently served as the Corporate Board Chair for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles.

Shelley Stewart, Jr. is Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at DuPont, leading global procurement and logistics as well as facilities services and real estate.  Stewart is a Trustee at Howard University, a member of Northeastern University’s Corporation, a member of the Advisory Board of Drexel University Center for Corporate Governance and a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.  He’s been identified as one of the 100 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America by Black Enterprise.  Stewart has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

She started her career in management consulting, working for Booz, Allen, & Hamilton before transitioning to a nearly 20-year career in financial services. She was the EVP & Head for Consumer Businesses which allowed her to have financial responsibility and lead consumer strategy, marketing, product management, alternative delivery, sales, branches, and over 6000 employees. Studenmund also worked in the internet as the President & CEO for PayMyBills, the top online consumer bill management company and the COO for public Overture which grew from $100 million to $1.2 billion in three years before selling to Yahoo.

As the Executive Director and Co-founder of USC Marshall’s Center for GSCM and as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Data Sciences & Operations, Vyas is educating the next generation of business leaders. Working closely with students, Vyas consulted for over 25 global operations across various sectors.
