The career development process is a journey that involves developing and refining your goals. The earlier you begin to focus on your career development, the more prepared you will be to pursue a wide range of options and opportunities.

The USC Marshall Graduate Career Services Center recommends a Career Action Plan, which is your personal road map for securing desired employment and achieving your career objectives. Career advisors are available to help you develop a personalized job or internship search plan. Components of the Career Action Plan include:
