Our year-round learning and networking programs will introduce you to some of the world’s most influential companies. We work with you to identify your industry and career area focus. Then we offer specialized guidance as you choose courses and pursue a summer internship.

By taking advantage of our full range of vital services — including one-on-one career advising, career management workshops and interview coaching — you will be able to pursue your first career trek, career fair, post-MBA or post-Masters job with confidence.

Peer Coach Program 

USC Marshall Graduate Career Services offers a paid, peer-to-peer coaching program of second-year full-time MBA or third-year MBA.PM students, who will guide and coach first-year full-time MBA, second-year MBA.PM and Master's colleagues through the critical months of internship recruiting.  Peer Coaches attend practical training sessions to acquire coaching skills to help students hone their job search, including conducting resume and cover letter reviews, engaging in mock interviews, answering general advising questions, identifying career resources, reviewing LinkedIn profiles, and networking strategies. Career Insight Seminars - Fall Term

USC Marshall School of Business, Graduate Career Services hosts the Career Insight Seminar Series, an FTMBA program requirement consisting of 10 sessions covering the most popular MBA career options and are scheduled strategically throughout the fall semester.

These sessions will aid in self-discovery, learning and exploration through discussion sessions with senior business professionals from a variety of functions and industries. Students will learn early on the language, issues, and skill sets necessary for specific functional specialties. Exposure to industries, functional roles, and the future of the business and industry will further prepare students for internship interviews. A review of the many career paths available to students help facilitate an individual’s ability to discover a challenging and rewarding career path.
