Miriam Burgos specializes in multi-cultural marketing, brand management, and sales management. Prior to joining USC, Professor Burgos worked in the consumer packaged goods industry with Procter & Gamble and Colgate Palmolive where she developed expertise in how a multi-national corporation successfully takes a product to market in a global economy from initial concept to branding, and ultimately to consumers' homes and workplaces. She worked in Procter & Gamble's multicultural business development organization (MBDO) and also has experience in marketing strategy, cause-marketing, and small-business marketing plan development.

Christian's research focuses on purpose-driven leadership, sustainable innovation, and serendipity. It has been published in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review, and was featured by outlets such as the Financial Times, Forbes, and the BBC.

Marsha is a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 Boards and the C-Suite on Governance, Risk Management, Leadership and Corporate Culture. Marsha works with corporations to effectively manage disruption and innovate for the future. Marsha facilitates change management at the intersection of technology, policy and business leadership. She's developed operational education and communication strategies to comply with DPAs under DOJ corporate monitors, and her clients include key stakeholders such as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Chief Technology and/or Privacy Officer, CHRO and Chief Learning Officer. She’s led the GTM strategy for world class corporate learning products, solutions and the wrap around advisory business initiatives in a B2B environment to drive a culture of integrity from the shop floor to the boardroom. Across her 25 year career she's worked in 37 countries, advising world class brands operating in highly regulated industries, including United Technology Corporation, Novartis, Lockheed Martin, Baker Hughes, Google, Airbus, Pfizer, Allstate, Unilever, Progressive, Royal Dutch Shell, Dow Chemical, The Altria Group, Lincoln Financial, AIG, Steelcase, Phillip Morris Intl, Merck, Pfizer, ViacomCBS, eBay, AON, Exelon, Koch Industries, Booking.com, MGM Resorts Intl and more.

Laurence "Larry" Vincent is an award-winning author, researcher, and marketing leader. He has developed strategies for many of the world's most beloved and respected brands, including Disney, Mattel, Mastercard, Microsoft, the NFL, Nikon, Qualcomm, and Sony Playstation. He specializes in brand strategy, new product development, marketing innovation, consumer research, and marketing for media, entertainment, and technology. Professor Vincent has received three Golden Apple teaching awards (2021, 2023, and 2024). Before joining the Marshall full-time faculty, Professor Vincent held senior marketing positions at several companies, most recently as Chief Branding Officer at United Talent Agency from 2011-2021, where he founded the agency's award-winning Brand Studio. He is the author of Legendary Brands (2002) and Brand Real (2012), and also produces The Findings Report blog and podcast.
