She’s partnered with cross-functional leaders from the Office of General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer to the Chief Technology, Privacy Officer, CHRO and Chief Learning Officer. She’s led the GTM strategy for world class SaaS based enterprise corporate learning products primarily in a B2B environment. She's implemented innovative compliance and ethics program strategies in 37+ countries. She's an expert in building bridges and navigating multicultural business environments. She's led robust executive networks across industry, professional, and client domains to educate stakeholders, address cross-functional challenges, and advance cultural understanding—ultimately fostering effective communication, building trust, and driving long-term business success. Marsha is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), holds an EdD and MA in Education Technology and Leadership from Pepperdine University. Her B.A. is from the University of Southern California . Her dissertation: Ethical Leadership as an Enabler of Corporate Culture Change, analyzed the ethical leadership decision making practices of 25 corporations. She holds a Certification in Corporate Governance from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
