Marsha Ershaghi

Marsha is a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 Boards and the C-Suite on Governance, Risk Management, Leadership and Corporate Culture. Marsha works with corporations to effectively manage disruption and innovate for the future. Marsha facilitates change management at the intersection of technology, policy and business leadership. She's integrated education and communication strategies to comply with Deferred Prosecution Agreements as a result of DOJ corporate monitors. Her clients include key operational stakeholders such as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Chief Technology and/or Privacy Officer, CHRO and Chief Learning Officer. She’s led the GTM strategy for world class corporate learning products, solutions and the wrap around advisory business initiatives in a B2B environment to drive a culture of integrity from the shop floor to the boardroom. Across her 25 year career she's worked in 37 countries, advising world class brands operating in highly regulated industries, including United Technology Corporation, Novartis, Lockheed Martin, Baker Hughes, Google, Airbus, Pfizer, Allstate, Unilever, Progressive, Royal Dutch Shell, Dow Chemical, The Altria Group, Lincoln Financial, AIG, Steelcase, Phillip Morris Intl, Merck, Pfizer, ViacomCBS, eBay, AON, Exelon, Koch Industries, Booking.com, MGM Resorts Intl and more.

A published thought leader and industry expert interviewed across journals, publications, podcasts and the media outlets, Marsha bridges cross-stakeholder dialogue for enhanced governance. She’s been interviewed by CNBC, CNN, Entrepreneur.com, The Democracy Journal, Compliance 360, The FCPA Report and more. As a contributing author to Next-Generation Ethics: Engineering a Better Society, Cambridge University Press, 2020 she collaborated with fellow USC experts from the Viterbi School of Engineering, Keck School of Medicine, Price School of Public Policy and Marshall School of Business.

Marsha is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), holds an EdD and MA in Education Technology and Leadership from Pepperdine University. Her B.A. is from the University of Southern California . Her dissertation: Ethical Leadership as an Enabler of Corporate Culture Change, analyzed the ethical leadership decision making practices of 25 corporations. She holds a Certification in Corporate Governance from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.

Marsha serves as a board advisor to Compliance.ai, LMH Strategies, Inc., JustHer Rideshare, the Lewis Latimer Fellowship Program (Edison Awards) and USC Virterbi Ershaghi Center for Energy Transition.
