Top-Ranked Degree Programming
Marshall’s commitment to online education has borne fruit. The quality of the programs is reflected in the quick rise in national rankings.
Its online MBA, launched in 2015, is ranked in the top 5 nationally across long-established surveys including U.S. News & World Report, Princeton Review, and Poets & Quants, an online publication covering business schools. Its Master in Global Supply Chain Management was recently ranked the no. 1 online masters degree in business programs (excluding MBA) by U.S. News & World Report.
Just before campus closed for the pandemic, the online team was putting the finishing touches on a new online component to the MBA.PM program.
It was clear to everyone that online education was the future.
Technology is a significant part of our lives,” said Vice Dean Mills. “And all that technology can offer should be used to enhance education across the board.”
“Twenty years from now, no one will distinguish between ‘Online’ education and education,” said Kim Brower, a longtime instructional designer who now oversees the all-online Food Industry Management Program. “It will just be education.”
