Elevate Your Career
The Part-Time MBA (MBAPM) program, one of the top 10 ranked programs in the nation, offers an innovative and dynamic curriculum designed to prepare graduates to meet the challenges of an ever-changing global business landscape, all while balancing the demands of a professional career and an active life. The core courses build a foundation while elective offerings allow students to customize studies to align with their career goals. In addition to electives offered at Marshall, students may also take a select number of courses from other innovative graduate programs at USC, such as cinema, engineering, or real estate to name a few. To accommodate busy professionals and managers in the first year, students may select one of two schedules: Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6pm–9pm), or Saturday Hybrid (9am–4pm). Courses are held at our University Park campus in the heart of Los Angeles.

Academic Experience
Our students represent a broad spectrum of professional backgrounds, including finance, technology, healthcare, media/entertainment, and consulting. The customizable schedule and the flexibility of the typical 33-month program is ideal for working professionals. Students can accelerate and complete the program in as little as 2 years or pace out the program for as many as 5 years. Additionally, the program features small cohorts, fostering close-knit connections and personalized support.
The first 12 months of the program are comprised of core classes that provide students with a solid foundation in all the major business disciplines through careful sequencing of courses from each functional area. The first year of core courses make up 34.5 units of the Part-Time MBA program’s required 63 units. In the second year of the program, students expand their global network and develop key insights into conducting international business through two remaining core courses, including "PM GLOBE," which culminates in a 10-day international trip with your classmates.
