As Assistant Dean,Dr. Porter works with the Academic Director, professional staff, and studentleaders to develop, communicate, and administer a full range of studentadvising and program services, including supporting faculty teaching andstudent organizations. She collaborates with other administrators at Marshallto direct the implementation of new program innovations and promote anoutstanding student experience.
Dr. Porter hasover 20 years of higher education administration experience. She received herB.A. in International Relations from USC, and an MBA and a Ph.D. in Leadershipfrom the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Anne Ziemniak is a seasoned higher education administration professional and currently serves as Assistant Dean, External Relations. Anne is responsible for leading advancement strategy in the areas of stewardship and donor relations, donor communications, alumni relations, and all aspects of advancement operations to foster connection, engagement, and a philanthropic mindset among constituents that supports the mission, goals, and priorities of USC Marshall and USC Leventhal. Prior to her current role, she served in several student affairs leadership positions at Marshall including in the Full-Time MBA Program and Undergraduate Programs.
Cathy Bindewald came to USC from Ohio State University, where she served in various leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer for the College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Director of IT Strategic Planning and Communications. Before joining Ohio State, Cathy was an IT consultant for AMS, and she began her career in the State of South Carolina specializing in children's policy for the Governor and Legislature.
Wendy Williams-Clark is the Assistant Dean and Director of Human Resources at USC Marshall School of Business. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean overseeing all Human Resources support and services at Marshall. She holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and is a member of several professional organizations.
Her duties and responsibilities include partnering with Senior leadership and the community to implement strategy related to workforce planning, talent and culture. Her focus will be on strengthening Marshall's adoption of the USC Unifying Values and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
