Leticia Porter

Dr. Porter is thecurrent Assistant Dean and Director of the Full-Time MBA at the Marshall Schoolof Business at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. AsAssistant Dean she works with the Academic Director, professional staff, and studentleaders to develop, communicate, and administer a full range of studentadvising and program services, including supporting faculty teaching andstudent organizations. She collaborates with other administrators at Marshallto direct the implementation of new program innovations and promote anoutstanding student experience.

Dr. Porter hasover 20 years of higher education administration experience, including academicprogram management, student services, enrollment, program assessment andaccreditation, and strategic planning and implementation. In her previous role,she served as Assistant Dean of the Manning School of Business at theUniversity of Massachusetts Lowell, working with both graduate andundergraduate students. In addition to working with the undergraduate program,she directly managed all business graduate programs, including the MBA, allspecialized Masters and graduate certificates.

She received herB.A. in International Relations and Business from USC. She went on to earn anMBA and a Ph.D. in Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
