  • Assistant Professor of Clinical Entrepreneurship

Audra Quinn is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at University of Southern California. Having had a diverse career and successful exit from her own entrepreneurial venture, she brings unique perspective to her research program and teaching. Her research focuses on how entrepreneurial teams come together and succeed together, examining cofounder selection, satisfaction, and dynamics associated with meeting venture objectives. She believes these relationships offer fertile ground for novel theoretical insight and are highly consequential for venture survival. In addition to contributing to theory, she hopes her work will help entrepreneurs achieve better cofounder fit, satisfaction, and new venture outcomes. Audra earned her PhD at Ivey Business School and her MBA at Pepperdine University.
