Over the course of his legendary football career, Coach Pete Carroll has competed and won at the highest levels, and is one of only three coaches in American history to win both a college national championship and a Super Bowl.
During his nine seasons coaching at USC, Carroll led USC to seven consecutive Pac-10 championships and two national championships. Under his leadership, USC spent a record 33 straight weeks as the AP No. 1 team and produced 25 First-team All-Americans, 53 NFL Draft picks, and two Heisman Trophy winners. For ushering in the “Golden Age of USC Football,” Carroll was voted by USC fans as the “greatest coach in USC history.”
Upon leaving USC, Carroll became the eighth coach of the Seattle Seahawks, and over the next fourteen years, he led the Seahawks to a franchise record 147 victories, including the most playoff appearances and wins in Seahawks history. As coach, he led the Seahawks to five NFC West championships, two NFC championships, two Super Bowl appearances, and their first and only Super Bowl championship.
