Quick Link Global Supply Chain Management (On-Campus) Curriculum
The MS in GSCM Program focuses on topics like strategic procurement, outsourcing, logistics and distribution, the role of information technology in managing global supply chains and how these impact the process of developing new products. In addition, we aim to provide the students with a framework that integrates different topics and an understanding of the trade-offs and relationships between these topics. Students take a total of 30 units over 18 months or 4 semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer, Fall). On-campus students take 21 units of required coursework (including 1.5 units of required internship) and select 9 units of electives, while online students take 22.5 required units and choose 7.5 units of electives. The courses listed and the time when they are taken may change from year to year.

**Not all classes may be offered online every semester. Online students who are local to Los Angeles may work with staff regarding taking approved electives on-campus.
Sample Global Supply Chain Management (On-Campus) Curriculum
On-campus students will work out their course plan from one of two options during mandatory advisement early in their first term. Below is one of the options as a sample.
*Please note for the 2020-2021 academic year, GSBA 542 and DSO 557A will be taken in Spring, while DSO 549 will be in Fall. We have also added DSO 595: Internship as a requirement instead of a recommendation beginning with our Fall 2020 entering on-campus cohort.
