Yao (Alex) Yao is a Ph.D candidate in Marketing, focusing on Quantitative Modeling. His broad interests lie in applying empirical industrial organization methods to marketing questions. He is particularly interested in studying luxury fashion market and digital marketing. Before entering the Ph.D. program, Yao worked as a business analyst in Rowland Berger Consulting Firm and a data analyst in the National Development and Reform Committee of China. He will be on the job market in the summer of 2018.
