Nuria Santamaria Wolfe

Nuria Santamaria Wolfe is the program manager for the AI for Business program at the USC Marshall School of Business. Before joining USC, Nuria built her career working in the tech industry and held leadership positions at various tech companies including Meta, Twitter, and Accenture. She also played key roles in multiple tech startups with successful exits, including EQAL and Consorte Media. In addition to her corporate work, Nuria co-founded Encantos, an award-winning education technology company named by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative companies in 2021. She is currently an advisor to Alpha, a company focused on empowering board directors in the AI era.

Nuria has been featured in publications including Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal. Recognized for her achievements, Nuria has been named an AdAge "Woman to Watch”, one of DDN’s "40 Under 40 Silicon Valley", and a Walker's Legacy "Power50 Woman". Nuria graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Economics and Spanish.
