Daisy Wang is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Business Economics at the USC Marshall School of Business. Her research lies in corporate finance, with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and labor. Her recent work examines how incumbent firms and startups interact through corporate venture capital, acquisitions, inventor mobility, and product market competition. She received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong, an MPhil in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a PhD in Finance from The Ohio State University.
