About Me
Hi! My name is Anika Bose. Along with my major in BUAI, I am pursuing a minor in Law and Technology. As a student in the intersection of technology, business, and law, I'm particularly interested in A.I. product management, data analytics, and tech consulting/ law. At USC, I am in Shift SC--USC's platform for socially-responsible technology--and Marshall Women's Leadership Board (MWLB). In my free time, you can find me working on crossword puzzles, cooking, or catching up with friends!
What are some of your key professional/career interests?
My primary interest is in taking on a leadership role within the management team of a SaaS company. Alongside this, I am actively exploring AI product management, data and business analytics, tech consulting, and intellectual property law.

What are some relevant classes/coursework you have taken?
Classwork: Accelerated Programming in Python (ITP 116)/C++ (CSCI 103), Microeconomics for Business (ECON 351), Statistics and Data Science for Business (BUAD 312), Organizational Behavior and Leadership (BUAD 304), Applications of Machine Learning (ITP 449), Discrete Methods in Computer Science (CSCI 170).
Coursework: Implemented heuristic AI algorithm in C++ to compete against players in 4-in-a- Row; Developed models, hypothesis tests, and confidence intervals in R for ~10,000 data entries to draw conclusions on policy changes for the Claire's Place Foundation; Created graphs and correlation matrices from 551,000 data points on 19 variables to analyze trends in the used car market; Performed assessment of management structure and organizational behavior of a local dessert franchise location.
What are some of your projects or achievements?
This summer, I worked as a Technical Project Manager Intern for an early-stage A.I. startup based out of the East Coast. I managed and executed five diverse projects, including creating technical documentation for a generative AI suite, designing a beta testing recruitment strategy, and testing algorithms against market data.
Last spring, my initiative in the club Shift SC hosted a Tech4Good A.I. Symposium that focused on artificial intelligence's effects on the workforce. As Event Liaison, I oversaw all sourcing and communicating with speakers. Our event--which took place in the Bovard Auditorium--had speakers from Google, Juniper Networks, Fanatics, and various A.I. startups.
