About Me
Hello! My name is Adrian Martin, and I was born and raised in Inglewood, California. I’m an incoming freshman passionate about using business and technology to drive real-world impact. My interest in business started early on when I was seven, working at my family’s Mexican restaurant. Over the years, I helped scale the business from one to seven locations, managing operations, contracts, and pricing strategy. That hands-on experience sparked my passion for using business intelligence and AI to solve real-world problems, especially for small businesses in underserved communities. Outside of academics, I lead cultural initiatives, mentor first-generation students, and stay grounded in my faith and community service. I’m excited to be part of BUAI and collaborate with peers who are equally driven to build solutions that empower communities from the ground up. Fight On!
