Michelle Duong-Rosas

  • Operations Coordinator

Michelle is the Operations Coordinator for both the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab and the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the USC Marshall School of Business. She supports a wide range of initiatives that empower students to create meaningful social and entrepreneurial impact. In her role, Michelle leads operational planning for events, manages budgets and financial reporting, streamlines systems and workflows, and ensures the seamless day-to-day operations.

Michelle’s passion for social innovation and the role of business in driving equitable change brought her to this work. She is committed to creating inclusive, well-organized spaces that allow students and faculty to thrive.

Prior to joining USC, Michelle worked in nonprofit fund development, supporting grant writing, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising efforts. She holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation from USC and a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
