Elizabeth (Beth) Haley received her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University. This was after many years in corporate America, including nearly a decade at Intel Corporation. At the University of Redlands, Beth was an Assistant Professor in the Business Administration department. Since 2011, Beth has been the Training Manager for the Experiential Learning Center at the University of Southern California where she develops and facilitates experiential learning exercises for the Marshall School of Business. For several years, Beth was on the Board of Directors for the Autism Society Inland Empire.
Beth lives in Yucaipa and is the adoring mother of Shannon, a principal in Palo Alto, and Shane, an alum of USC and a high school history teacher in Yucaipa. Her three beloved grandsons are in northern California – Nick is an electrical engineer, Jon will be a special needs math teacher, and Joe is a firefighter with Cal Fire.
