As General Partner at Next Coast Legacy for over five years, I focus on private equity investments in the lower middle market through the Search Fund model. By leveraging expertise in strategic planning and business development, our team identifies, acquires, and scales businesses poised for long-term growth.

I also serve as Partner at KOA Capital Partners, where I have supported entrepreneurial endeavors and revenue generation for over a decade. In addition, I contribute to the growth of portfolio companies as a Board Member for multiple organizations and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, where I co-teach "Introduction to ETA." My goal is to foster sustainable value creation through collaboration and strategic initiatives.

Prior to my institutional investor roles, I used the Search Fund model to buy and run an HR Outsourcing company by the name of ProService that generated a 22X return for my investors.
