What are your areas of interest at USC and Marshall?
Consulting, Risk Management, Psychology
What made you choose to attend USC Marshall?
I chose USC Marshall because of the community and the people. From the first day I walked onto campus, the people here (students, professors, administration) welcomed me with open arms and you are able to meet so many different types of people from so many different backgrounds and cultures.
What advice do you wish you had known while applying to college?
I wish I would have done more campus tours because the location and setting of where your future college is is severely important but not mentioned much.
What are your USC activities/general hobbies?
Some of my favorite USC activities are the sports events (football and basketball specifically), the different (free) concerts and events they hold, and the night life. I also enjoy all the various on-campus clubs here for whatever interest you might have. My personal favorites include the Marshall Fashion Industry Association and the USC Meditation Club.
Why do you love Los Angeles?
I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and the environment here is unlike anywhere else. You can literally go the beach and the mountains in the same day. Or you could go to Beverly Hills or Fairfax and Melrose. Whatever you are passionate about or interested in, LA has it all. On top of that, Los Angeles just has so much culture and the people here talk the best, dress the bess, dance the best, etc...
What internship/employment opportunities have you taken advantage of at Marshall?
I currently work at the Marshall Undergraduate Academic Advisement Office as a student intern and will be an intern for Gallagher Insurance, Risk Management, and Consulting this upcoming summer.
What is your favorite USC Marshall Class and why?
BUAD 280 with MICHAEL PARANAL because he is the dopest professor ever.
