Dr. Sharoni Little

Dr. Sharoni Little is the Associate Dean and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer and a Professor of Clinical Business Communication at the Marshall School of business. Dr. Little is an award-winning author, researcher, and mentor whose work has focused on equity and diversity. She is set to publish two books this year, The Perpetual Surveillance of Black Men and Diapers and Dissertations: Women, Education,..and Work.
