Dennis Heinz graduated from the University of North Florida in 2012 with a B.B.A. in Finance. After graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he flew theFA-18F Super Hornet as a Weapon Systems Officer (WSO). He served in direct support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve in Iraq and Syria, where was awarded the Navy Air Medal for flying actions against ISIS in 2016. Since 2012, Dennis maintained his interest in finance by trading personally in equities and derivatives. He came to USC Marshall to pivot into investment banking, and he’ll be joining Harris Williams as a Summer Associate later this year. He enjoys baseball, skiing, comedy, and all things food.
Ian Hause graduated from the University of Arizona in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration and in 2017 with an M.S. in Finance. Before becoming a Trojan, he worked as a Portfolio Manager for Farmers and Merchants Bank, analyzing and servicing a wide array of credit products for a customer base ranging from individuals to large multinational institutions. In addition to F&M Bank, Ian, along with a few friends, recently started a charity with the purpose of restoring the Salton Sea in Imperial Valley. In his free time, Ian enjoys playing rugby, running, guitar, and exploring new part of LA with friends.
Ha Hoang grew up in Vietnam and graduated from Tufts University in 2018 with a B.A. in International Relations. Prior to USC Marshall, she worked in corporate finance and data strategies at Sterling Infosystems, where she learned about accounting and business operations. She derives her knowledge of the financial markets from personal investing, reading and the CFA program. In her spare time, she likes photography, working out and listening to podcasts.
Renu Mulay is a Chartered Accountant (CPA) from India with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She started her career at KPMG in their Corporate & International Tax Advisory practice. Prior to joining USC Marshall, she set up her own CPA firm to help clients navigate business challenges during the pandemic. Growing up, Renu closely watched her father follow the stock market and pursued this passion by completing the CFA level 1. She aspires to be a cross-functional leader in Finance and is excited to join Amazon’s Finance Leadership Development Program this summer. Outside of work, the foodie in her enjoys exploring new cuisines through travel and burning off those calories through dance!
