The mission of the Master of Science, Food Industry Leadership (MS.FIL) is to provide actionable management and leadership skills through a unique curriculum which integrates the functional areas of business with cutting-edge theory and practical application. 

The Master of Science, Food Industry Leadership at USC is designed specifically for students with a common background and significant professional experience. As a result, it is shorter in duration than a traditional MBA and primarily online — approximately 30 units over 16 months.
