Official tests must be taken by the test deadline in order to be considered valid. Tests taken after the test deadline will not be considered. It takes 20 days for official GMAT scores, and 15 days for official GRE scores, to be sent to USC from the test center. As long as the exam is taken by the test deadline, the official scores can arrive within 15-20 days of the deadline. When filling in your application enter the date the test was taken, your test ID number and your unofficial scores (which you receive immediately upon competition of the exam).
Letter of Recommendation Deadline
In order for your application to be considered complete your letter of recommendation must be present in your application by the deadline. When entering a recommender's email address, applicants must also enter a “due date” for letter submission. This due date indicates, to your recommender, the date by which you need the recommendation to be submitted. That date must be the application deadline date (at the latest).
