Class Profile
The IBEAR MBA program prides itself on curating a diverse group of participants from across the globe each year. A typical class has representation from 11 to 15 different countries. Our participants tend to have anywhere from 6 to 25 years of work experience, and come from a wide swath of professions ranging from business and industry to non profit and government. Many are married and attend the program with their families. A small class sizes ensures closer interpersonal relationships, greater opportunity for cross cultural learning, multi dimensional networking, and a close knit alumni group that forms lifelong relationships with each other and the program. It is this diversity combined with our participants’ depth of experience that makes the IBEAR MBA unique and distinguishes it from other MBA programs.
