Next, Estanislao worked 8 years at Microsoft, where he started in a marketing position before moving to manage enterprise accounts in the public sector segment. He was promoted to Education Segment Leader, where he managed a 6-person team. From there, Estanislao was offered a position at Salesforce, which at the time was launching its LATAM Hub in Argentina. He was one of the first employees to join the team. He worked a Regional Account Executive for Strategic Accounts for almost two years before moving to USC Marshall School of Business. He served as Head of Market Intelligence for Grendene, a major Brazilian footwear company with several proprietary brands, local and international licenses. He was responsible for acquiring land, designing projects, developing a feasibility analysis, evaluating and searching for funds, and leading a sales team of more than a hundred real estate brokers. As a Brazilian lawyer, Carlos founded his own legal office, gathered experience in the execution of financial contracts, conducting due diligence, and valuing land deals, real estate companies, and manufacturing industries. Carlos also implemented a 100-megawatt solar farm in a semi-arid region in Brazil. This project is designed to provide clean energy to a city with 150,000 habitants. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Carlos intends to transition into the Investment Banking industry.

Rafael Lessa Perdreira joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 14 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry. He graduated with honors from the MFA program in Film at Columbia University, where he was the recipient of fellowships and grants from organizations such as the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences. Miri Ben Zvi joins IBEAR with over 9 years of experience. As an officer in the Israeli Air Force, Miri developed an integrated communication system between Air, Navy and Land Forces; performed technological research; and was responsible for the development of operations protocols for Air Force units. While in the army, she pursued her BA in Business and Human Resources. Miri joined ImageSat where she operated sophisticated imagery satellites and characterized automated AI systems for control and planning missions of imagery satellites. Since her promotion, Miri’s role included operating two satellites, developed User Interface for satellite operation, and conducted quality assurance of multimillion-dollar automated AI systems. Miri is passionate about Satellite Imagery and AI which she considers cross-disciplinary and will have a huge impact on mankind’s future. Hisashi Hasegawa joins IBEAR with 12 years of experience in the steel industry and government-run international cooperation. He worked at Metal One Corporation, a steel trading company, for 10 years engaging in exporting in the Asia, business development and established a new factory in China. During his work in China, Hisashi worked at a new steel processing factory as the youngest member of the management team and managed sales, quality control and feasibility study in the new market. Wook Kyung Ha
Wookyung Ha joins IBEAR with 11 years of experience at the Korea Securities Depository (KSD), the central securities depository of Korea. Throughout the decade she has built a solid track record in marketing, global security trading and fund management. Wookyung successfully promoted three crucial systems in Korea capital market. First, she launched a global security borrowing and lending trade scheme; second, she introduced a crowdfunding system; third she set up the robo-advisor platform in Korea. Financial Action Task Force training institute is one of her major achievements which can train international governmental officers according to AML/CFT (Combating money laundering and terrorist financing). Wookyung holds a B.A. in Customer Science and Human Development and MBA from Ewha Womans University. Upon completion of IBEAR MBA Program, she intends to return to a leadership role focusing on female work in Asia Pacific and establish a consulting system of a developing nation’s financial market.
Hyunsoo Kim joins the IBEAR Program with 15 years of experience in engineering at Samsung Electronics Mobile Business. As an engineer, he successfully developed more than 20 smartphones, contributing to more than 150 Million units of smartphone sales and $100 Billion in revenue. Recently, he led Radio Frequency Technical R&D team in designing circuit and antenna for the Flagship smartphones. He has seven U.S. patents and many of his inventions have been applied to all Samsung’s smartphones, enhancing performance of smartphones. Hyunsoo has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Ajou University, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from KAIST. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, he will continue with his career in leading the mobile industry.
Yongsu Kim joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 12 years of experience in LG Electronics, a Korean home appliance company. As a new business developer, Yongsu discovered business opportunities from analyzing market trends, and promoted it by collaborating with global companies, especially with Japanese companies. Recently, he successfully planned and launched robot businesses, which strengthened the company’s portfolio and became a promising business of LGE. Yongsu began his career as a mechanical engineer, improving sound quality of washing machines and contributing successfully to developing world-class systems. Yongsu holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kyushu University and a Master’s in Acoustic Analysis from Tokyo Technology Institute. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Yongsu intends to expand his career in business operations and M&A.
Bongkyu Lee joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 21 years of LG Electronics work experience through comprehensive managerial tasks including strategic audit, finance, marketing, and legal. In the Ethics Bureau, he accomplished three major achievements: led the development of ‘Chatbot’, a deep learning program based on AI; the automatic setting of the disciplinary action in compliance with weight of violation against company regulation; winning $1.1 Million in the embezzlement case as a person in charge of a lawsuit. Prior to that, his roles were in CFO Credit Insurance Team, Korea Marketing and Sales Division-B2B Contract Sales Team, and Korea Marketing and Sales Division Domestic Legal Support Team. Some of his responsibilities were in legal & credit management, conducting collateral valuation & write-off, and collection of bad account receivable. Bongkyu received his Bachelor of Law from Kangwon National University.
Jung Hun Lee
Jung Hun Lee joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 10 years of experience at Korea Telecom (KT). As a Consultant and a Network Engineer, he successfully implemented network strategy, policy, and solution consulting, which led to winning an $8 Million network expansion project and contributed to ratification of UNESCAP (UN Social and Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific) resolution to bridge the information gap among Asian nations. In his most recent role, he focused on business development and project implementation for KT's sales growth and profit. Previously, Jung Hun operated core network of Korea’s largest telecom company by troubleshooting and problem prevention of core network. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Ohio State University. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Jung Hun intends to leverage his career in international business development and consulting at Korea Telecom.
Yongdae Park joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 14 years of experience at Korean Air. Yongdae worked in Korean Air’s Human Resources Division, which forecasts supply of manpower in different business divisions, along with restructuring of diverse HR policies. He served as an HR manager in Europe’s Regional HQ located in Paris, supervising HR operations and employee relations within the EU area. Most recently, he supervised HR related issues in the liquidation of Korean Air’s In-Flight Catering & Duty-Free Division, along with leading projects related to Korean Air’s acquisition of Asiana Airlines. Yongdae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Korea Aerospace University. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, he intends to return to the HR Division, continuing his career as a core asset and leader of Korean Air.
Taesuk Yoon joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 12 years of professional experience in the IT and automotive industry. Most recently, Taesuk worked at LG Electronics for 8 years, where he was responsible for carrying out winning proposals for RFQs on automotive cockpit systems, conducting proof-of-concept projects, and creating a product roadmap for LG’s next cockpit platform. He was at the frontline of the OEMs across the world. Taesuk started his career as a software development engineer in startup and tech companies and developed his career into a Project Manager, building logical, analytical, and managerial skills. Miguel Cabrera Urbina
Miguel Cabrera Urbina joins IBEAR with 13 years of dedicated experience in Supply Chain and Consulting advisory. He has supported Fortune 100 companies in their strategic initiatives with Global scale, focused on the total cost of ownership, and achieved breakthrough results from actionable insights and efficient account management. He has successfully led relationships working closely with executives of large international groups ranging from IT, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Retail, Home Appliances, Proteins and Banking. Miguel has worked at Accenture, GEP and most recently at IBM as the Global Procurement Category Manager for Media & Advertising where he was responsible for the Global strategy, and he delivered a 16% of annual savings. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Organizational Systems from La Salle University in Mexico. Arnold Huaman joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 10 years of industry and consulting experience mainly in Banking, Mining and Healthcare sectors. He specializes in the consulting sector helping large corporations to define growth strategies, value propositions, assess operational models, and address business challenges using Customer Centric Models. Arnold also a Manager at PwC in the Customer Consulting practice where he helped clients achieving their commercial and customer experience outcomes from strategy design to technology implementation. Previously at Deloitte in Strategy & Operations practice, he served as manager of Peru and Colombia where he helped global companies in supplier risk management, shared services center for Latam, internationalization strategy and customer experience initiatives. Arnold is an Industrial Engineer from the National University of Engineering in Lima, Peru. Nikita Olifer joins the IBEAR with 5 years in consulting and over 5 years in supply chain & product management. Among the project he has managed are national logistics strategy of an ex-USSR country with estimated implementation effect to GDP of $500 Million per year; a concept of a transformative digital solution for maritime shipping aimed at uncovering value currently locked in inefficiencies; a strategy of a regional airline serving Arctic regions and needing to reduce dependence on subsidy; and a national strategy of reducing the shadow economy for one of Central Asian countries. Nikita holds a Specialist in Mechanical Engineering from Rostov State University, and a Master in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, he intends to continue a consulting career serving tech companies in the US.
Shih-Min Chen joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 7 years of experience in the footwear and semiconductor industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from National Sun Yat-sen University and a Master of Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, cultivating him as a well-rounded science and engineering professional. As a Corporal in the Cyber Warfare Section, he led subordinates to conduct missions locating dozens of military hacker facilities; as a Process Integration Engineer at TSMC, he collaborated with engineers from six different units to solve complicated chip manufacturing issues, and consulted American, Japanese, and Chinese clients on product crisis, especially in chip yield rate and advanced chip development. In his family business, a laser cutting service provider, he recycled shoe wastes, generating 20% in revenue. Upon completing the IBEAR MBA Program, Shih-Min intends to pursue a tech consulting/product development career for companies focusing on environmental technology and sustainability.
Yu Han Lai
Renata (Yu Han) Lai joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 12 years of experience in information technology. Renata is Senior Engineering Program Manager and has been the leader to remove roadblocks for the projects. During her tenure at IBM server hardware development, she achieved one of the shortest product development cycles. At Lenovo networking group, Renata earned best performance awards 3 years in-a-row and was awarded top-20 talents in 2017 DCG BU award (2000-people organization). Due to Renata's expertise in project management and negotiation, HP Enterprise recruited her to lead the most challenging server networking product line. She has helped the company successfully launch 7 server networking products within 1 year, projecting to bring $200,000 potential revenue. Renata holds bachelor’s degree in accounting from National Taiwan University. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Renata intends to pursue her career as the Product Manager or Program Manager in global technology companies
Mi-Chieh Lee joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 8 years of experience in the financial industry spanning Chicago and Taipei in diverse positions. Started in the corporate finance banking field, she has comprehensive experience serving enterprises from start-ups to listed corporates, providing local fund-raising solutions to international financing projects. In her most recent position, she was expatriated to Chicago to implement an Anti-Money-Laundering system and improve the bank's compliance rating. After successfully achieving the goal, she switched her role to the Syndicated Loan Department Manager, leading the Chicago team to manage and increase the fixed-income portfolio. Mi-Chieh holds a M.A. in International Relations and two B.A. degrees in Economics and International Relations from National Taiwan University. Kuowei Lin joins the IBEAR MBA program with over 8 years of entrepreneurship and three successful fundraising experiences totaling over $3 Million funds raised. He has expertise in the Internet industry, including digital education, social network, and dating services. Kuo Wei has founded two companies after graduating from National Taiwan University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Science. The first one is a science-based tutoring school, which focuses on STEM education. The second one is a software company, which provides the second-largest educational system (with over 60% of universities in Taiwan adapting its services) and a second-largest communication forum for undergraduate students (accumulated over 1,00,000 users). Annie (Ting-Hui) Lin joins the IBEAR MBA program with 9 years of diverse experience in accounting, business development, and management. Post completing her B.A. in Accounting and Finance from University of Wisconsin-Madison, she started her career as an Auditor and moved on to sales and business planning. With her accounting and finance background, she has used financial analytical approach to evaluate and execute business expansion for an electronics manufacturing company. Recently, she has not only established a new oversea office but also led a team and set KPI to develop new business in Southeast Asia. In addition, she has created and implemented a new BI module which gives more insight into margin analysis. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Annie intends to pursue a career in operations and strategy in America.
Ayesha Ghoshal joins the IBEAR MBA program with over 8 years of experience across Management Consulting, Venture Capital and Product Management. Most recently, Ayesha worked as a Product Manager for an early stage SaaS-FinTech startup that looks at revenue-based funding for early-stage businesses. She has led multiple Million dollar investments in tech-driven startups as an Investment Associate in a Venture Capital fund. Ayesha started her career at Ernst & Young as a Consultant assisting clients in the Telecom and Smart Cities sector to design GTM and performance improvement strategies. Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from University of Warwick. After the IBEAR MBA, she is looking to work as a Product Manager at a Technology driven enterprise company.
Marcus Brander joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 7 years of experience in the US Marine Corps and an additional 4 years of experience in sales as a Territory Manager for British American Tobacco (BAT). Born and raised in New York and New England, Marcus has lived throughout the U.S., Australia, and Asia during his time with the Marines and BAT. While working as a Territory Manager for BAT he was both promoted and re-located twice. In 2012 Marcus took leave to join the Marine Corps. Since completion of training, he has served in both Active and Reserve capacities, deploying three times to Africa, Asia, and Australia. During this time, he has been a deputy or commander of units ranging from 40 to 280 men, also earning four personal merit decorations. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boston University, with a specialization in Marketing. Marcus is looking to transition into corporate strategy and sustainability.
Taylor Jauregui joins the IBEAR MBA Program with over 5 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He started as an acquisitions analyst for Acropolis Capital, a real estate investment firm, and then transitioned to Navarra Properties, a privately held commercial real estate portfolio, where he managed several of the assets, analyzed potential acquisitions, oversaw capital improvement projects, and negotiated leases and renewals. Most recently, Taylor worked for ShopCore Properties, the retail real estate arm of The Blackstone Group, managing the accounting for a portion of the portfolio. He is an active real estate agent in California, where he has successfully represented both buyers and sellers alike. Taylor pursued his passion for entrepreneurship, co-founding HorseShare, a thoroughbred racing syndicate which allows people to purchase and own a percentage of a racehorse. Upon completion of his MBA, Taylor intends to pursue a career in real estate development or private equity.
Seth Knutson joins the IBEAR MBA Program with 13 years of experience scaling startups and small businesses. While running a small data center equipment recycling company and attending business school in Hong Kong, an encounter with an immense pollution challenge which had no commercial solution prompted him to develop a new technology and launch a startup to commercialize it. He built a frozen meat wholesale business, scaling from zero to offices in Hong Kong; Changsha, China; and Ho Chi Minh and Haiphong, Vietnam. He has worked alongside and learned from a wide spectrum of professionals including a Cardinal while at the Vatican’s first attempt at a startup accelerator, CEOs, engineers, and smugglers and tradesmen in China and Vietnam’s informal business sectors. Seth’s interests are in mission driven, for-profit, scalable impact startups, focusing on environmental impact in emerging economies. He enjoys solo backpacking as well as trad and clean-aid big wall rock climbing.
Braycy Moran joins the IBEAR MBA with over 10 years of experience in financial services and is a transformational leader in customer experience. As the Sales and Service Manager of First Republic Bank, she oversaw multiple department initiatives which contributed to the financial growth of the regions market. Recently, she worked directly with the founder of First Republic Bank to implement Covid protocols and organized a task team to assist business clients with applying for the Payment Protection Program. She has curated an in-house audit program and developed a customer experience sales strategy that led to a consecutive 30% growth in profit for the Beverly Hills Office. She has experience in restructuring retail branches and cultivating an environment that is built around fostering meaningful client relationships. As an expert in executing B2B and B2C initiatives, Braycy also lends her knowledge to the University of Irvine’s Customer Experience Program where she serves as a current Advisory Board Member. As a board member, she collaborates with various industry leaders to design compelling course content by utilizing her experience in customer acquisition and business development. Jesse Nadel joins the IBEAR MBA program with over a decade of capital markets experience. Jesse was a member of SMBC's Debt Private Placements team. Prior to joining the bank, Jesse worked for J.P. Morgan within their Debt Capital Markets business where he led the Corporate Finance Dashboard initiative. Previously, Jesse spent five years with Goldman Sachs. Most recently as a member of the Investment Grade Syndicate desk, he advised on and executed over 300 transactions on behalf of corporate and financial issuers. Earlier in his career, Jesse worked on GS' Public Sector Infrastructure Syndicate desk where helped execute over 150 tax-exempt and taxable offerings in both the municipal and corporate bond markets. Jesse earned a BS in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Quinnipiac University and studied in London with NYU. He holds FINRA Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 7 (General Securities Representative), and Series 63 (Securities Agent) securities licenses
Dongwoo Won joins the IBEAR MBA Program with over 13 years of industrial experience in the field of software engineering. He served as a Director of Engineering in his most recent role at Spokeo. There he led the backend engineers, architected, and built the backend data pipeline on AWS, which is the backbone to aggregate, process, and serve over 12 billion records from thousands of data sources. He also worked for Handysoft as a software engineer in Korea. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the Seoul National University, Master's and PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California with emphasis on data mining. Upon completion of the IBEAR MBA Program, Dongwoo aspires to develop into a global business leader.
