Yanhui Wu is an economist whose research focuses on the political economy of mass media, the application of big data analysis in the social sciences, and the organization of knowledge-intensive activities. Prior to his doctoral study, Yanhui was a financial journalist in a leading Chinese newspaper. His research has published at top economics and management journals, including the American Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, Economic Journal, Journal of Economic Perspectives, Management Science, and Organization Science.
