What made you choose to attend USC Marshall?
I felt that joining the Trojan Family as a Marshall student would help me to grow and be challenged inside and outside of the classroom. Marshall offers so many career opportunities through its global connections and ideal location in Los Angeles.
What advice do you wish you had known while applying to college?
Writing about yourself for college applications is very different from writing an essay for school. Make sure your answers reflect who you are as a person.
What are your USC activities/general hobbies?
Marshall Student Ambassadors, Beta Alpha Psi (honors professional accounting organization), Asian American Christian Fellowship
Why do you love Los Angeles?
There are so many exciting things to do in the Los Angeles area. I like trying out all the different cuisines available in Downtown LA and the local neighborhoods. I also love the weather here, and the proximity from campus to a wide variety of destinations like beaches and mountains.
What global experiences have you taken part in at USC? Please list all Marshall International Trips you have attended, include program name(s) and location(s).
I’ve participated in several case competitions which investigated the impact of business trends and new technology on corporations around the world.
What internship/employment opportunities have you taken advantage of at Marshall?
I’ve worked as a Peer Academic Leader for BUAD 310, Applied Business Statistics. It’s one of several core undergraduate courses where Marshall offers weekly tutoring sessions. I’ve helped students with homework questions and with preparation with midterms and final exams.
