Tianmin Xie is a fifth year PhD candidate in the Data Sciences and Operations department in the Marshall School of Business. He is advised by Professor Matteo Sesia. Prior to joining USC, he received his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. My research develops statistical methods for reliable uncertainty quantification in machine learning, with a focus on conformal inference.
