About Me

Hello! My name is Sophia Stern, and I am a current freshman in the BUAI program. My interest in technology began when I took my first coding class as an elementary school student. Since then, my curiosity has grown through additional coding courses and seminars on the evolution of technology. I’ve had the opportunity to sharpen my interests by developing AI solutions for a digital marketing firm. I enjoy learning about emerging technologies, data ethics, and how AI can be designed responsibly to benefit society. When I’m not exploring new tech, you can find me baking (always cookies), reading sci-fi, playing volleyball, or discovering new cafes with friends.

What are some of your key professional/career interests?

My professional interests currently lie at the intersection of AI, ethical tech development, and business strategy. I'm especially passionate about how emerging technologies can be designed responsibly to support both user needs and organizational goals. Looking ahead, I'm excited to explore roles in product management and tech consulting.
