Rashmi Ranjan Bhuyan

  • PhD Candidate in Data Sciences and Operations

Rashmi is a fourth year Ph.D. student in the statistics group at USC Marshall School of Business. He is broadly interested in machine learning and it's application in social science and business. His research mainly focuses on developing novel statistical methods, to understand complex high-dimensional data. He is currently advised by Gourab Mukherjee.

Prior to joining USC, he received his bachelor’s degree in 2018 and master’s degree in 2020 from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
