Paul Bader

Adjunct Professor Paul Bader was formerly a partner in the New York office of EY. He had several roles at EY over the course of his career including Partner in Charge of the NY International Tax Practice, Managing Partner of the NY Tax Practice, Managing Partner of Metro NY area, Vice Chair of the Americas M&A practice, Americas Private Equity practice and the Americas Director of Strategy. Adjunct Professor Bader spent the last seven years of his EY career consulting with digital media companies on their global operations. He served on the boards of Carnegie Hall, Citizens Budget Commission and American Red Cross. Adjunct Professor Bader retired from EY at the end of 2016 and now resides in Santa Monica.
