Meg Simons

  • Adjunct Professor of Marketing

Meg Carrington-Griffin Simons is an Adjunct Professor in the Marketing Department at the USC Marshall School of Business, where she teaches in both the Marketing and Management and Organization departments. She teaches professional selling, sales management, leadership, and TEAMS across undergraduate, graduate, Online MBA, executive education, and pre-college programs. She is a recipient of the USC Marshall Golden Apple Teaching Award.

Before joining USC, Meg spent 23 years with E. & J. Gallo Winery, leading sales teams, developing talent, launching brands, and building partnerships with some of the nation’s largest retailers. She also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for a startup organization.

Meg works as a sales and leadership consultant and is the founder of Game Set Ghana, a nonprofit that uses tennis to help young people build confidence and life skills. A former Division I scholarship tennis player and team captain at the University of Maryland, Meg earned her MBA from USC Marshall in 2023.
