Mark Sprague

  • Adjunct Professor of Finance and Business Economics

Mark Sprague is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Business Economics in the Marshall School at the University of Southern California. He is a 32 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, currently an Executive Vice President at CBRE. Mark has vast expertise in accounting, corporate finance, real estate finance, capital markets as well as a unique background in corporate real estate portfolio management and strategic planning. He has extensive knowledge of the economic and financial statement impact of various real estate transaction structures and financing techniques.
