Lauren Irwin

Lauren (Olson) Irwin returns to USC Marshall as the Program Director of the Financial Services Career Hub, bringing over a decade of experience in career services, university recruiting, and program management.

From 2014 to 2021, Lauren served in the USC Marshall Undergraduate Career Services Office, where she designed and led a wide range of co-curricular programs supporting undergraduate business students. Her work included 1:1 career advising, industry-focused workshops, employer events, career treks, and strategic partnerships with student organizations. She also led the Career Advantage Program (CAP), Marshall’s flagship alumni mentorship initiative, and built strong collaborations with faculty, alumni, and employers to advance student career outcomes.

To broaden her expertise incorporate recruiting and program operations, Lauren went on to lead university recruiting initiatives at Oracle and later served as the Early Talent Program Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. At C&W, she oversaw a global team of university recruiters, launched multiple early-career programs across regions, and built a scalable onboarding experience for 450+ interns and new graduates.

Lauren returned to USC Marshall in December 2024 to launch and lead a best-in-class Financial Services Career Hub- bridging students, alumni, and employers to support career exploration and placement in the financial services industry.
