Cam Pham

Cam Pham (she/her) is the Program Manager of the USC Marshall Financial Services Career Hub, where she leads initiatives that connect students with transformative career opportunities in finance. With a passion for bridging talent and industry, she designs programs, build spartnerships, and cultivates experiences that empower students to pursue meaningful careers.

As a proud Vietnamese immigrant and first-generation college graduate, Cam’s North Star is to level the playing field for all students to succeed, regardless of their social capital or background, so they can access careers that change their lives and uplift their communities. She is honored to advance that mission at USC.

A seasoned talent developer, educator, and career coach, Cam began her career in higher education in 2017. Her work spans career services, student affairs, and academic affairs at institutions including UC San Diego, UCLA, Loyola Marymount University, and UC Riverside. She has also held roles in program management, training, and learning and development across private, nonprofit, and government sectors, always with a focus on helping others thrive.

Cam holds a Master’s in Guidance and Counseling from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s in Anthropology and Education from UC Riverside. She is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer through the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches.

Outside of work, you’ll find Cam camping in National Parks, planning her next international adventure, or perfecting new latte recipes at home.
