Kerry Fields teaches business law, employment, and real estate law courses in the undergraduate and MBA programs, both residential and online. He has received an AV rating as an attorney. He is a frequent media commentator on business ethics issues. He has been recognized with several awards, including the Golden Apple Award, Evan C. Thompson Faculty Teaching, and Learning Innovation Award, the USC Parents Association Teaching and Mentoring Award, and the Gamma Sigma Alpha Professor of the Year Award. He is a co-author of four leading university-level textbooks published by Aspen Publishing. There is one business law and ethics text under development.

RESEARCH + PUBLICATIONS
A 43-chapter book written with my co-author, Kevin C. Fields. It was many years in preparation. I also wrote the 43-chapter test bank and assisted in the preparation of the PowerPoints. In addition, I wrote with my co-author the Study Center which is a separate testing center for online use. It is a 1220-page textbook in national distribution. The hours invested by both me, and my co-author are more than 1000 hours over the last 6 years.
It is an 18-chapter book written entirely by me (Professor Cheeseman has not participated). It was many years in preparation. Over one-third of the material in the text reflected changes in the law. I also updated the test bank and assisted in the preparation of the PowerPoints. It is 777-page textbook in national distribution.
