What made you choose to attend USC Marshall?
I attended USC because it had been my dream school since 8th grade and after years spent transferring from two different schools that didn't feel right, I finally stepped onto the USC campus during a tour and knew this was where I needed to be. Marshall is one of the best business schools in the nation and the alumni network is unparalleled. Some schools will provide you with a few year years of an education, but I found that at USC, they provide you with not only this but a community and resources that will help your throughout your entire career.

Advice you wish you had known while applying to college:
While applying for college, I wish I had known that grades were not everything. Colleges take much, much more into consideration and love to hear about your passions, hobbies, and extracurricular activities. Who you are outside of school is just as important.

USC activities/general hobbies:
I love attending screenings provided by the SCA network and attending Q&As with people in the industry--most recently attended one with Issa Rae, black female director, producer and writer of one of my favorite shows, Insecure

Why do you love Los Angeles?
My family is nearby, it's the entertainment capital of the world and I'd love to work in the industry, and I'm a city girl who loves the beach--in LA I get the best of both worlds!

What global experiences have you had in college?
N/A

What internship/employment opportunities have you taken advantage of at Marshall?
Marketing Coordinator Intern at LaunchPoint Marketing, Local Integrated Sales Marketing Intern at NBCUniversal, Digital Marketing intern at Amazon Studios.
