What made you choose to attend USC Marshall?
I chose to attend USC Marshall because of diverse offerings and real-world opportunities. From business finance to entertainment entrepreneurship, the wide array of classes allows me to expand my knowledge and fuel my intellectual curiosity. There are so many different clubs and organizations allowing students to learn more about different business fields or dive deeper into a specific topics like marketing or consulting. I also wanted to attend a school that would prepare me for the real world--both inside and outside the classroom. Various programs and initiatives such as the Learning about International Commerce course, Experiential Learning Center exercises, and Career Advantage Program have been especially notable and worthwhile in my Marshall experience thus far.

Advice you wish you had known while applying to college:
Be yourself. Let your individuality shine through every step of the application process, be it your essays, interviews etc. Do your research and see how you would fit in at the school. Are there specific programs or initiatives you would be interested in? Make sure the school is right for you.

USC activities/general hobbies:
Marshall Student Ambassador, Marshall Business Network, Traveling, Photography

Why do you love Los Angeles?
Having grown up here, I love LA because there is so much you can do and the weather is fantastic. There are so many activities and events to participate in, places to visit, food to try--the list is endless!

What global experiences have you had in college?
I traveled to Tokyo, Japan my freshman year through my Learning About International Commerce class. I was able to meet with different companies and their executives, encounter a vibrant new culture, and explore an incredible city.

What internship/employment opportunities have you taken advantage of at Marshall?
I work at the Experiential Learning Center within Marshall. I also was a marketing intern at a real estate company in Los Angeles this past summer.
