Arvind Ramakrishnan

  • Adjunct Professor of Management Organization

Arvind is an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization. He teaches Strategy courses across the BBA, MBA, and EMBA programs and joined faculty in 2016. Arvind has 20 years of global business experience working and consulting for Fortune 500 companies across Strategy, Talent, Operations, and Finance roles.

He is currently a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry. Previously, he was a Strategy and Transformation Partner/Principal at EY focused on the TMT sector. Prior to EY, he worked in various industry roles in both the M&E and Diversified Industrials sector. In addition, he founded and led a start up in the social media networking space.

Education:  Ed. D in Org Change and Leadership, MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and BA in Economics and Asian Studies

Certifications: ICF Executive Coaching, PMP Agile Management, and Six Sigma Greenbelt
