Elisabeth Arnold Weiss is an Associate Professor of Technical Communication Practice in the Engineering in Society Program at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, where she teaches Advanced Writing and Communication for Engineers, focused on character transformation, technology ethics, and engineering for social impact.
She is a Fellow with Virtues & Vocations, a national forum reimagining character education in the professions at University of Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns and a grant recipient from the Educating Character Initiative at Wake Forest University, sponsored by the Lily Endowment.
Elisabeth leads the Improv for Engineers co-curricular partnership with the USC School of Dramatic Arts and created the Improv for Engineers Master Class in VR and the Viterbi Verse immersive learning lab. She serves as a mentor to Neely Center Fellows and is a USC Mentoring award recipient.
