Cherie Molina is the Senior Director of Alumni Relations for the USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Leventhal School of Accounting. She oversees the alumni relations team, leads alumni engagement strategy, and oversees the Dean's Alumni Council, a working advisory board for the Dean that plans a 1-day conference for alumni, by alumni, called the Leadership Summit. Cherie served as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations from October 2022 to January 2024, where she received an award from the Association of Business School Alumni Professionals for her work to elevate the Graduate Programs Reunion Weekend Program. She currently serves on the Association of Business School Alumni Professionals (ABSAP) Board of Directors.
Cherie has over a decade of higher education experience, beginning with her marketing role at HazingPrevention.Org. She then worked under the Housing and Greek Life Office as a Greek Life Residence Director for the University of the Pacific. Cherie moved back east to work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Greek Life Office as a Coordinator and at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School as the Assistant Director of Alumni Community. She also worked at the neighboring rival school, Duke University, as the Assistant Director of Regional Engagement. Cherie has a passion for higher education and supports lifelong affinities back to her university.
Fun Fact: Cherie has lived in three different Orange Counties: Orange County in FL, NC, and CA.
