Five Leventhal professors received Diamond Teaching Awards at Commencement May 10

Five USC Leventhal faculty members were recognized at the Leventhal Commencement ceremony on May 10 with Diamond Teaching Awards, as voted upon by students. They are:

Professor of a MAcc CORE class—CLIVE LENNOX, USC Accounting Associates Professor of Accounting (Advanced Financial Statement Auditing Topics)

“I am greatly honored to receive this award,” Lennox said. “I would like to thank all the wonderful MAcc students who took my course for making it such a pleasant teaching experience.”

Professor of a MAcc ELECTIVE class—TJ WONG, Joseph A. DeBell Professor of Business Administration and Professor of Accounting (Accounting and Corporate Governance in Global Business)

Professor of a MAcc with Data & Analytics class—PATRICK KINSELLA, Adjunct Professor of Accounting (Auditing in the Enhanced Data Age)

Professor of an MBT CORE class—JACK BARCAL, Associate Professor of Accounting  (Tax Theory and Ethics)

Professor of an MBT ELECTIVE class—PATTI MILLS, Professor of Clinical Accounting (Advanced Partnership Taxation)

“I am touched and honored to win the Diamond Teaching Award since it comes from those who know my teaching the best—the students,” Mills said. “For Advanced Partnership Taxation to be their favorite class means I have succeeded in imparting my passion for the topic to them.”
